Seahawks beat Packers with late TD

SEATTLE (AP) After a shaky beginning, Russell Wilson got hot in the fourth quarter, Bobby Wagner and Seattle's defense stymied Aaron Rodgers and the Seahawks stayed in the middle of the NFC playoff race.

"We've been through so much throughout this season it was time to get over the hump," Wagner said. "We've been down, we've been up, we've lost close games, we've won close games. It was time."

Wilson threw for 225 yards and his 15-yard touchdown pass to Ed Dickson with 5:08 left was the difference in the Seahawks' 27-24 victory over the Green Bay Packers on Thursday night.

Chargers' Bosa likely game-time decision

COSTA MESA, Calif. (AP) Joey Bosa isn't sure if he will make his long-awaited season debut for the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday against the Denver Broncos.

The third-year lineman has practiced the last two days as he works his way back from a foot injury that caused him to miss the first 10 games. Bosa said before Thursday's practice that he is doing team and individual drills and that he feels good. But he also acknowledged that it will likely be a game-time decision if he plays this week.

Ex-Falcons DL Green diagnosed with ALS

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) Former Syracuse and NFL defensive lineman Tim Green has revealed he has Lou Gehrig's Disease.

Green wrote in a Facebook post Wednesday night that for the past five years he's been coping with "neurological problems" in his hands. He says doctors first thought the damage his elbows had received during his playing days in the 1980s and 1990s was the culprit. But the problems didn't go away after surgery and his voice also began to get weak before he was diagnosed with ALS.

Studio crew to call NBC Turkey Day game

NEW YORK (AP) NBC will use studio hosts Mike Tirico for play by play and Tony Dungy and Rodney Harrison for analysis on its Thanksgiving night telecast of the Falcons game at New Orleans.

They will replace the usual duo of Cris Collinsworth and Al Michaels.

Bears show faith in slumping K Parkey

LAKE FOREST, Ill. (AP) The Chicago Bears continue to back kicker Cody Parkey and expect him to put aside a rough outing.

Coach Matt Nagy says Parkey is confident and "able to rebound." Special teams coordinator Chris Tabor agreed Thursday, saying he knows "what's under the hood with this kid."

Chargers-Steelers, Rams-Bears to SNF

NEW YORK (AP) The NFL has moved the Chargers at Steelers game on Dec. 2 to prime time, replacing the 49ers at Seahawks matchup originally schedule for Sunday night.

San Francisco-Seattle will move to 4:25 p.m. EST on Fox.

Falcons LB Jones may return vs. Cowboys

FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. (AP) Falcons linebacker Deion Jones has been moved to the active roster and is eligible to play for the first time since breaking his right foot in Week 1.

Coach Dan Quinn said Wednesday that the team will see how he looks in practice this week before deciding if Jones will be in uniform Sunday when Atlanta (4-5) hosts Dallas (4-5).

Mexicans unhappy with NFL game moved

MEXICO CITY (AP) The NFL's decision to move the regular-season game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Los Angeles Rams due to the poor condition of the turf at Azteca Stadium has left many Mexicans disappointed, angered and wondering how it will affect the relationship with the league for the future.

After consulting with the players association and local officials, the NFL determined the conditions of the historic venue did not meet the standards for playability and moved the game back to the Los Angeles Coliseum. The Rams (9-1) and the Chiefs (9-1) will face off Monday night in a much-anticipated game between the top two teams in each conference.

Jackson, RG3 ready if Flacco can't play

OWINGS MILLS, Md. (AP) Lamar Jackson isn't staying awake at night thinking about the prospect of making his first NFL start.

Baltimore Ravens starting quarterback Joe Flacco missed practice Wednesday because of a hip injury, and his status for Sunday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals is uncertain.
